There’s no reason why I can not have that lifestyle if I work on it.” You may need therapy and/or counseling to beat these mindsets. But like everything else in life, you’ll roll in the hay if you set realistic goals and believe in yourself!

Building confidence may be a necessary exercise for several folks. If self­confidence doesn’t come naturally, building it up takes a deliberate, conscious effort.
